FIREFIGHTER DANIEL MUMFORD
West Haverstraw Fire Department

Daniel W. Mumford‚ 48‚ a volunteer firefighter with the West Haverstraw Fire Department‚ died of head trauma and a heart attack when he collapsed at the scene of a structure fire on May 9‚ 1998. He was a 25-year member of the S.W. Johnson Steam Engine Company and had been on the Biology staff at SUCO-Oneonta for many years.

Today, as well as the days, weeks, and months ahead please continue to remember Firefighter Daniel Mumford family, friends, and the West Haverstraw Fire Department community in your thoughts and prayers. Let us always remember and honor the memory of this courageous firefighter.
